ClubEssential has a wonderful product and has some great people who have worked there for quite some time. However, the company's focus shifted from providing superior support and client relations to metrics and accountability when there was a changed in ownership. I hope it has made a turn back toward valuing the clients and employees in recent months.

Too many changes too quick. They were purchased by a venture capitalist company any they laid off around 40 people to save money and did not really look at to who they were firing and what it would mean to the company.
