For a Supervisor position, be prepared for an in depth and extensive interview process in order as follows:
Phone screening with in house recruiter. Phone interview with Ops director. Then you will be assigned a project to submit that demonstrates how well you can instruct staff. Next is an in person interview with an Ops manager, and lastly a phone interview with the Clutter founder. Before you have the phone interview with the founder, you are sent two podcasts the founder was a guest on. Listen intently and take notes. When speaking with the founder, be prepared to answer questions about management in certain situations, how to tackle performance issues and also what your management beliefs are. Most important piece of advice I can give: "Clutter is a team based company, not a family based company."
