Easy money. But the managers were Favorited and tend to put words in your mouth. They're very young and power strong. So if you mess up like being 30 seconds late on your break you're getting a write up.

The days, working at CMG was fast pace.
The management, was descent. Working full time, with 30-45 mins lunch break, was great.

You have to work. But they work with you if you have an appointment or court. Felony friendly. Still business casual. It's repetitive and tedious but it's a job an I appreciate it every day

This company does offer great benefits. The front office isn't managed well, always short staffed. The work that is expected of you on a daily basis is not spread out enough, not everyone is a team player.

Honestly, if you put your best foot forward and follow the rules, you will have pretty solid job security. They do not require any previous work experience or special skills, but the job will teach you many skills that will carry you upwards in the company.

Typical company saying they had tons of work but couldn't produce the golden goose. Lazy workers who wouldn't own up to their own short comings. Managment was ineffective. Company was bloating their own numbers as well. Inventory control was non-existence. This company is a trash service company who quality all around is trash.

CMG didn't have enough hours for the amount of people they employed. Some days you work a set schedule and some days you have no hours! I'm looking for a stable position within a company!!
