Not a great place to work.
CSR - Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Pontiac, MI - October 25, 2023
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedNot a fun place to work. The pay was low and there was little to no hands on training when I started. Have to make 150 calls a day to try and sell loans to people.

Great place to learn loan products and services. Stress free environment with helpful teams of people who enjoy helping each other within different locations. I would recommend having open availability to succeed in work life balance.

Job was not rewarding, and the management gave no support.
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Sault Sainte Marie, MI - October 10, 2023

Run and don’t look back
Retail Operations Curriculum Manager (Former Employee) - Butler County, OH - September 20, 2023
I was hired for one location, and even relocated. Then was told at orientation that my office was in a different location with a horrible commute. Micromanagement was ridiculous. I was treated with more respect when I was a 16 year old fast food worker.

Jobs at CNG Holdings
Great management
General Manager (Former Employee) - Ann Arbor, MI - June 18, 2023
Payday loan business is what it is, but the management, in my region at least, was very good. This made the job experience positive and engaging. Job security is a question, regulatory measures are coming down all around the country.

Management did not care for employess what so ever all they cared for was meeting quotas for their individual stores. Poor pay for the amount of stress that comes with the job

Pay & Experience
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - 4847 N 76th St Milwaukee, Wi 53218 - May 10, 2023
The DD0 was completely unprofessional lied about everything. Down to pay, hours, & traveling. Easy job if you’re good with software but requires a lot

Nice workplace
CSR - Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Florida - April 12, 2023
For the most part the position was laid back. Training lasted 2 weeks and then they allow you to have a home store and also be a floater. Paid holidays, hours are decent.

Just Alright
CSR - Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Jacksonville, FL - April 12, 2023
The CSR position is an alright position. The management gossiped a lot instead of correcting mistakes or speaking to you in a professional manner. If things like that don't bother you it's alright, but if you like to improve your work performance it can be tough to deal with.
