When I was initially hired, I was contacted by CNO's recruiter by telephone. She briefly described who she was, and why she was calling and then did a short phone interview to gauge interest in the position. If you were still interested after the short phone interview, they then schedule a physical interview on campus. (I would say to dress business casual, I overdressed a bit for the interview; especially as it was a friday and there is casual wear permitted on fridays). After that interview process if you were hired you can typically expect to hear back after about a week or so (or less) at which point you get further details as to what the job entails and are given the opportunity to think it over/let them know if you'd like the job right there and then. (They also helpfully will tell you what the job pays per hr. at this point).
