Responded to an ad and went thru their extensive interview process.

It is a little lengthy but for a reason as they only hire the best suited for each position. There is an initial questionaire and video interview for the company and then they make their decision to make an offer of employment or not.

They have a great team however and are very encouraging in their work and diligence.

I get about 5 hours per pay period of paid vacation. We can also request flex days and take unpaid time off.
