Coast Care is an ok company. The management is professional but I don't know how many hours I get each week
Assist client with ADL's, shower, cooking, dishes, laundry, exercise,and take to dr. appointments
I learned how to give emotional support to families when their loved one was at the final stages of life.
I learned they are professional for us Caregivers.(management)
The workplace culture was good.
The hardest part of the job is changing a hospice - more... patient by myself, especially if they are large.
