I went for an interview first then I had to fill out a ton of paperwork, background check, credit check, drug test. It took a little over a week to get all this done. It actually went fairly quickly I thought though.

Once offer is extended, drug screening is required within 48 hours from the time the position is offered to the candidate. The candidate is then sent via email all the hiring paperwork from our recruiting system ICIMS. Once the hired employee finishes completing the paperwork, the recruiting representative handling the hiring process will be notified via the ICIMS system and will proceed completing the hirirng process by forwarding all the new hire's data to the HRIS department to be verified and entered appropriately into the HRIS system which is ADP Workforce Now.
