Stop being childish. one manager said that she that she only put women in management positions. so good luck to the men that apply for anything like that. Do your job and stop hanging out in the office. Or here a good one stop hinting on the cops that walking in to the theaters they have a job just like you. Be truthful dont lie to make yourself look good. Employee will just hate you more. Playing favorites can make a manager bias. Even if you don't act like you care. We all know you use the gift cards on your self instead of handing them out to employees. A meeting with everyone to see how the employees are doing and see how things can work more smoothly in the work place not a meeting with you guys telling us how things are going to go. But over all doing a good job.
