Low, low pay
Paralegal (Current Employee) –  Daytona Beach, FLFebruary 7, 2018
It is a shame how little they pay. I enjoyed my co-workers but it seems the management truly does not value their employees. If they paid better, it would be one of the top legal firms to work for in Volusia County. Unfortunately, I felt they had the attitutide that everyone is replaceable.

LAPC (Current Employee) –  Marietta, GASeptember 25, 2016
Great way to gain experience as a newly license LAPC. Hard rewarding work if you are a service-focused individual, but the pay is lousy and management could benefit for leadership classes. The therapists are very knowledgeable.
Pros
free supervision for your LPC

Mirco manage and demeans employees
Former Employee (Former Employee) –  Lancaster, CAJuly 14, 2016
They are very very good and what they do. They undercharge for their services which keeps clients coming back. On the other hand they do not inspire loyalty form their employees. They underhandedly call their employees stupid, they do not know how to communicate with each other that is not demeaning and worst part is that they how they behave because people have told them, but they do not care to change.
Pros
you get a paycheck and weekends off.

Great Experience and Flexibility
Intensive Case Manager (Current Employee) –  Cobb County, GAApril 7, 2016
Major pros to this position, especially if you are looking to get your with field experience in mental healthcare, is experience itself ! You have access to a great deal of trainings and more resources than most smaller counties and programs, including state vehicles to drive most clients in.

Cons are that the job does not pay for its stress level, and at times there Is drama within the work environment between the occasional employees.
