Difficult to work for
Written by Prep Cook/ Head Cook/Line Cook/Dishwasher (Former Employee) from Globe, AZ on July 18, 2018
This job had a tendency of always being shorthanded. It was normal to work anywhere from 10-12 hour days when you were supposed to work 8. Doubles were often needed to be pulled and you were rarely compensated for your extra time. It was rare when you were able to find coverage so you could use your PTO.
ProsGood benefits
ConsShort staffed, underpaid
