Essentially a toxic workplace that pretends to be nice and supportive.
The biggest problems with working at the permanency unit were lack of transparency of expectations before hire and how they handle discipline. The job is billed as an opportunity to help people but 80% of the job is clerical work and the times you actually do interact with people it’s often without an actual opportunity to help them it’s all clerical work.
