Not what they tell you it is going to be.
What I was told the job was vs what it actually is are pretty far from each other. I was hired on prior to the change to CCBF. The feeling and comrodery was very different. About a year or so after the change it was painfully clear that this company cares little, if at all for its employees. Raises disappeared, perks vanished, flexibility gave way to - more... frustration and communication began to break down. You have no room for error. They have set the standards so high on what you must accomplish/adhere too that you feel any mistake will be the end of your time at CCBF. The rumblings around the faci ... - less
ProsNone to really speak of. A discount on case ordering? (You get the same, if not better, deal when Publix has a sale)
ConsYou cant idle in your van, No standard inventory on trucks, Poor fleet maintenance, Your personal time is never considered - you exist for CCBF only.
