They hireTheir friends and of course their friends come first, and that shows You can’t be their boss and be there friend at place of employment, if a supervisor tells employees that they are going to do something for them they should do it

Stay away!!
Account Manager/Sales (Current Employee) –  Jacksonville, FLMay 14, 2019
If you enjoy no structure, direction, lack of resources, and the inability to control your outcomes this place is right for you! Typical day started by seeing that several trucks were either broke down, late, or just plain not going to be delivered as scheduled. Next followed by an out of stock report riddled with products not in stock on customers deliveries out for that day. Next followed by communication to several sales merchandisers that have zero experience and could care less to rotate, order, and execute in outlet activation properly. However, this is how your so called incentives are measured. That’s like trying to hit a moving target from 300 yards away with a BB gun. This followed up by customers calling and either complaining about their order, service, or lack of all day long. All the while trying to stay focused on visiting 19 plus stops a day to sell in something new that probably won’t get ordered correctly or delivered in the first place. The morale and culture of the organization in my opinion are at a all time low. CCBF has taken a iconic brand and run it into the ground. Hopefully it’s short term and big Atlanta will do some serious investigating into the practices of this company and see why the turnover is so high. People are unhappy and constantly looking for a better opportunity outside the organization.
Pros
Free fountain. If it’s in stock!
Cons
Too many to list.

If you're thinking about working with coca cola don't I was a driver merchandiser this was the worst place ever to work for the trucks range from 1994-2017 if you think you're going to be driving the newer trucks forget about it unless you're one of the supervisor favorite and bye the way the trucks have no A/C poor management my opinion if you like working 12-15 Hour days especially on Saturday have at it

Very poorly run company.
Middle Management (Former Employee) –  West Palm Beach, FLApril 29, 2019
They spend so much time talking about the way that everyone needs to do things that there is no time left for employees to do the things the way that they talk are told to do them. Upper leadership is bipolar and local leaders just blindly follow whatever they’re told to do, even though they don’t fully understand what they’re supposed to do. There isn’t any clear direction within the organization and the priorities change as often as a baby’s diaper. I used to think it was just my location, but it looks like it’s company wide. I didn’t work for CCR but a lot of people at CCBF do and they all agreed that it was heaven compared to this bottler. This company will likely be out of business in 5 years or less. You can tell that they don’t have the resources and are scraping by and just praying for miracles daily. They put on a pretty good facade but you can tell that they don’t really have any capital and will be defaulting on all of the loans they’ve taken out. They also can’t retain any good talent because they always expect people to do more work for less money than any competitor pays. Other companies easily recruit the best employees, and there are some GREAT people still working for the Coke system. Within two years, most of the talented employees will have already been lured away, though and they will be stuck with what they are paying for. A person can only tolerate so much before they realize their worth and abandon that sinking ship of a company. Hopefully the next bottler can do this iconic brand some justice because it deserves so much better than this. It really is  more... sad. I expected so much more from them and was so terribly disappointed in what is going on with that organization. It really is amazing that they were awarded a franchise.  less

Poor Management Poor Hr to many hrs no life period,if u receive a write up no matter what it’s for , whatever you’re position is at that time prepare to be there for another year doing the same thing and that’s not right, if you’re a good worker and you meet the criteria for the position you applying for,U literally have to be a saint and that’s not possible because you have supervisors breathing down ur neck about number that you cannot make because the equipment don’t work ,stressful I’m glad I’m gone Deuces

It can be great or it can be horrible. If you have a CDL and supervise drivers then consider yourself a driver. If it's going bad then you are out delivering along side the drivers.

CCBF Destroyed a good company
Sales Account Manager (Current Employee) –  Fort Myers, FLApril 3, 2019
Stay away stay away, this company will suck you dry, work/life balance is gone, they dont even pay that well at all, company will hire from the outside first before they promote their own, now with the new way they are handling sales you do the job of 3 account managers but with the same pay. They dont care about you or your family time, expectations are that you are always available even on your days off via phone or email, but you dont get paid for being technically on call.

do yourself a favor look somewhere else anything else would be better than this company, Troy Taylor you should be ASHAMED!

Pay is not competitve. Overtime when it benefits them not you.
Warehouse Lead (Current Employee) –  Tampa, FLApril 2, 2019
Pay sucks. Management definitely has its favorites. Always looking for reasons to discipline you. And or terminate. Alot of unnecessary snitching for the smallest of things.HR backs the supervisors so no need to even mention anything to them. Has the potentisl to be an awesome place to work.it was when it was CCR. Its just management is so controlling if its not his way or his idea then dont do it. Even after its clearly wrong and an terrible an unsafe

Warehouse Associate Order Builder (Current Employee) –  Hollywood, FLMarch 29, 2019
Poor senior management the work home life balance is non existing, no raises, we are not treated with the respect we deserve for the work we do. Very poor policy and procedure implementation. Just overall the company needs an overhaul on the Sr. Management level they suck would be much better off if they just let the warehouse supervisors run the show. Management seems to only want to point out when something is wrong over looking the fact that something went wrong because they never gave us the tools or support to get it right in the first place. Our warehouse supervisors do an awesome job with the very limited support they receive from management but again just like the hard work we do every day that goes unnoticed and unappreciated......

Worst CDL job ever
Driver Merchandiser (Former Employee) –  Jacksonville, FLMarch 27, 2019
This is a distribution center that has no idea what logistics means. They do not account for the laws governing their transportation fleet. And they barely maintain their vehicles.

They will give you too much to deliver, they will expect you to make the customer happy, and they don't care about your Logbook hours.

Expect to be out on delivery for 14 hours. Its a physically demanding job and its not worth what they are paying.

Driver Merchandiser Worse Nightmare
CDL Class A Driver / Merchandiser (Current Employee) –  Fort Pierce, FLMarch 25, 2019
As a CDL Class A driver you are given the oldest and possibly worse trucks to drive. They have trucks from 1998 with no AC as part of their fleet. Most of the equipments that are designed to help a driver perform the jobs are inoperable or defective and makes the job even harder. This job requires at least 2 people per truck due to work load. You get to push 600+ pound up ramps into customers (stores) establishment with no help and stacked more than 6ft high which caused merchandise to fall 60% of the time in which driver has to spend the time to pick up 30+ cases off the ground and re-stack them. Almost every client are disappointed with Coke and their services. Orders are always wrong and or upset at drivers for not doing the job right. As a driver you must merchandise (load coolers and shelves) at smaller stores but the time given and the amount of stops (12-18) makes it nearly impossible to do the job efficiently. You must rush through every stops and even then not enough time. You start at 4am and finish by 4 or 5pm. Top management claims the routes were design for 1 driver. I guess since he never drove, he would never know what drivers experience especially with these horrible equipment provided. The possibility of getting hurt in this job is 120% likely due to physicality and bad equipment. You are not provided an assign truck so every day you're in a different truck which can cause issues since not all drivers takes care of the trucks. Coca Cola Beverages claims to be part of the #3 brand in the world but they behave as a company that is struggling and cannot afford  more... proper equipment so workers can do their jobs properly. There is much more issues so do yourself a favor and stay away from this company unless you really don't have any other options. If you do choose to work there rest assure that you will be paid on time and lots of overtime to make extra money but you will be over worked and stressed  less
Pros
3 weeks vacation and lots of overtime if you like to work 60hrs a week
Cons
Bad equipment, bad reputation with clients, upper management does not care about drivers, It's all about getting the delivery done

Horrible place to work
Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) –  Sarasota, FLMarch 23, 2019
Senior Leadership is awful. They have no people skills and have lost complete control of the culture. TGM is non-existent in the building. Shows up every few weeks and demands his respect. He is completely ignorant of any operational processes or procedures. Senior Leadership thinks it is perfectly acceptable to work the associates for 14 to 16hrs a day while they go home to families or go to golf tournaments or take their mom out to lunch. Sr Leaders barely work full time. Then Sr Leadership won't even have the decency to say thank you. If they do actually show their face on the floor, it is only to ask you to work a 6th day or stay late to cover for someone. Front line Supervisors are the only ones who hold up their end. They recently terminated the only Supervisor worth anything. That guy busted his butt and cared for the people. There is no surprise that I heard a ton of Union talk before I left. That's what happens when you don't care about the employees.
Pros
3 weeks vacation
Cons

They launch new initiatives without considering the full effects throughout the company. Little movement within the company, they value outside experience more than their internal candidates.
