CCBF Destroyed a good company
Sales Account Manager (Current Employee) –  Fort Myers, FLApril 3, 2019
Stay away stay away, this company will suck you dry, work/life balance is gone, they dont even pay that well at all, company will hire from the outside first before they promote their own, now with the new way they are handling sales you do the job of 3 account managers but with the same pay. They dont care about you or your family time, expectations are that you are always available even on your days off via phone or email, but you dont get paid for being technically on call.

do yourself a favor look somewhere else anything else would be better than this company, Troy Taylor you should be ASHAMED!

Reality
Former Warehouse Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Fort Myers, FLMarch 17, 2019
* 12 hour typical work day upwards to 15/16 hours. No set schedule, work until everything is finished.

* High Pressure

* Work Holidays or extremely long hours prior to them in order to have off.

* Does not offer a balanced work/personal schedule do to constant extended hours.

* Very little training offered/figure it out as you go.

*High warehouse employee turnover/low morale amongst the team - chaotic at times/attitudes/poor attendance/under paid and over worked warehouse staff/lots of baby sitting in regard to warehouse staff

*No loyalty to employees/upper management will throw you under the bus to cover their own backs

*Trigger happy HR department when it comes to management

*Typical week is closer to 60 hrs. up ward to 80

*Revolving door for all positions

*Plenty of unqualified people in important positions/favoritism toward certain employees/incompetence throughout corporate office

*Warehouse employees are allowed to call the shots, Supervisors are told to back off because upper management is afraid to lose manpower. If all the rules were enforced, there would be about 4 warehouse employees left.

*Everyone in upper management will tell you they appreciate what you do until you make an honest mistake, then you're out.

*Benefits are good/vacation is good/perks are good
Pros
Good benefits and perks are good.
Cons
Many long nights, No life/work balance

Account Relief Manager (Former Employee) –  Fort Myers, FLOctober 23, 2018
I worked there for 12 years and it used to be a fun place to work. They took all the perks of working there away, including the pension. They treat their employees like numbers and not people, but still expect them to give 110%. It became a miserable working environment.
