This company is terrible.
Driver merchandiser (Former Employee) –  Lakeland, FLJune 19, 2019
I’ve seen four managers quit in two months. They charge you for missing product because the drug addicts can’t load the truck right. Drivers are trash including management. Run for your life and don’t apply. If you value your cdl don’t apply, every truck would fail inspection and are not safe.
Pros
You lose weight

Become injured you are fired. Daily numbers metric is unnatainable unless your manager fudges numbers for you.
Delivery Driver Merchandiser (Former Employee) –  Fort Myers, FLJune 12, 2019
Everyone who reports an injury no matter how it happens gets terminated.
New hires are paid a higher rate than those with years of experience. Old trucks exceeding 200,000 miles. Work days are 14 hours. Trucks are not always loaded on time due to massive warehouse turnover.
Buddy system in full effect to detriment.
Employees are overworked due to constant turnover.
Often work past DOT hours then time is fudged in the system. Productivety is measured from clock in till clockout. Time waiting to check out or in will negatively affect your productivety metric. Zero consideration for traffic or breakdowns either. Unless you have your manager manually add time to your productivety metric. For this to be effective you need to submit a lost time log and he needs to remember to do it. Exhausting to keep up with on a daily basis.
You must clock out for lunch 30 minutes. It is unpaid. You will need to continue working as you desperately need those 30 minutes to attain the minimum 90% productivety.
Yes, new hires join the company at up to $4 per hour MORE than the driver training them.
Many trucks are stick shifft without a/c.
Pros
Pay is good.
Cons
No a/c in many trucks, Different truck or trailer on any given day, Long hours up to 14 per day, Trucks loaded poorly most of the time, Dispatching is terrible, Everything that is not locked up gets stolen, Some guys have 4 carts locked up and you may be lucky to even get 1, Drivers often out to get other drivers.

Worst CDL job ever
Driver Merchandiser (Former Employee) –  Jacksonville, FLMarch 27, 2019
This is a distribution center that has no idea what logistics means. They do not account for the laws governing their transportation fleet. And they barely maintain their vehicles.

They will give you too much to deliver, they will expect you to make the customer happy, and they don't care about your Logbook hours.

Expect to be out on delivery for 14 hours. Its a physically demanding job and its not worth what they are paying.
Pros
You get to sport their unruly Coke uniform
Cons
Your life will be a nightmare

Stay away from this company
Driver merchandiser (Former Employee) –  Tampa, FLAugust 29, 2018
Management SUCKS! They give you ridiculous and impossible routes and write you up if you don’t deliver all the product. Stores suck, delivering 100+ cases per stop which takes over an hour but they give you 20 minutes to do the stop. Guys who have been there for 12 and 13 years get paid $1.00 more then new hires. Every year you get a .23 cent raise. They over work you everyday.

Busy work environment and High-energy conditions
Driver/Merchandiser (Current Employee) –  Sarasota, FLFebruary 10, 2017
Great place to work if you're into a high-energy, demanding environment. Had constant pressure in dealing with timing of delivery of product to different stores (convenience stores, grocery stores, etc.).
Pros
Good, steady, demanding work, employing deadline-based deliveries.
Cons
Poor job security
