Horrible place to work
Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) –  Sarasota, FLMarch 23, 2019
Senior Leadership is awful. They have no people skills and have lost complete control of the culture. TGM is non-existent in the building. Shows up every few weeks and demands his respect. He is completely ignorant of any operational processes or procedures. Senior Leadership thinks it is perfectly acceptable to work the associates for 14 to 16hrs a day while they go home to families or go to golf tournaments or take their mom out to lunch. Sr Leaders barely work full time. Then Sr Leadership won't even have the decency to say thank you. If they do actually show their face on the floor, it is only to ask you to work a 6th day or stay late to cover for someone. Front line Supervisors are the only ones who hold up their end. They recently terminated the only Supervisor worth anything. That guy busted his butt and cared for the people. There is no surprise that I heard a ton of Union talk before I left. That's what happens when you don't care about the employees.
Pros
3 weeks vacation
Cons
Poor Sr Leadership, terrible culture, long hours, poor working conditions, terrible safety record

Stay Away
Manager (Former Employee) –  Hollywood, FLFebruary 1, 2019
I recently left a management position and I have to say this is the most poorly run organization I have ever been a part of. Upper Management in the Hollywood Facility has preconceived opinions about its current Account Managers and other employees and uses them to prevent advancement opportunities. I had a gentlemen who was the top Account Manager trainer and a High Performance Award recipient (recognition for achieving great metrics) and he was not selected for a position in their new Route to Market Format. There is a clique among upper management and they will only look out for themselves. They will not hold distribution or warehouse accountable for their mistakes and problems that significantly impact business operations but will complain about an item penetration in an outlet where it doesn’t belong. When you inform them of a problem with distribution, they will come out and nit-pick your market; so you have to ask yourself “the feedback is great and all but how does this solve my distribution problem?”. In essence, you can’t hold other stakeholders in the organization accountable; they want you to turn a blind eye because there not intelligent enough to come up with a solution to those problems. For this reason, no matter how effective you are at your position you are marked as a beacon and will never promote. They will always focus on the negative or that one thing you did like 5 years ago; no reinforcement for strong behaviors. Oh, and no Safety Culture whatsoever.

The reviews you see on here from entry level employees are not just gripes; they are legitimate issues.
more... The leadership is so bad. Strong leaders know how to effectively communicate priorities and can answer challenging questions; these people just spray a shotgun blast of information where the priority will change from day to day. You get no consistency in their approach or responses.

If you are looking for a job and you are desperate, do your time here and get out. If you have other options stay so far away from this plague of a business. The “pamphlet hire” will always go further than you regardless if you are smarter, better educated or harder working. They want Yes Men and Women here. If this is you, then maybe you’ll do well here.

Stay away from this disgrace of a company
Pawn (Former Employee) –  FloridaDecember 6, 2018
I could write a full book about all the problems here. You are set up to fail from day one. Most of the reviews on indeed look like they come from field employees, but the office jobs are really bad as well.

Salary is well below market rate. Watch out for the company's devious means of duping you into accepting low-ball salaries or demotions if you're desperate enough to want a job here.

A quick lookup of the demographics of the company's "leadership" team should reveal the company is nothing more than a badly run affirmative action venture. Management is very fear-based. Resources around the company, namely technology and training/guidance, are just horrible. Whenever you try to raise issues or concerns, you get immediately pushed over and demonized if you're not one of the favorite employees of management. There are a couple "leaders" I suspect had their reports "spy" on me as well.

With all these problems going on, it's no surprise that turnover is as high as it is.
Pros
Free drinks, sometimes free lunch, Coke brand name maybe helped me get current job
Cons
Everything else -- pay/benefits, culture, technology, micromanaging leaders

Downhill Since Leaving CCE
Director (Former Employee) –  Tampa, FLSeptember 26, 2018
Company was bought by CCBF in 2016 and everyone was excited about the change because management made lots of promises that things would improve such as better culture, better managers, better pay, more investments, etc. All promises, none delivered. Now that the honeymoon period is over, most people are either looking to leave or have left.

No future in the warehouse
Order builder (Former Employee) –  Tampa FloridaFebruary 6, 2018
If you just need some fast money for a few months it's not terrible. The culture is gonna stress you out and make your outlook on life very fun. Unless you can stay focused and have a plan to GET OUT!! If you fall into the dark vicious cycle of long hours, poor health with order building (body aching), and constant. It will take a while to get out of it, possibly years.

Place Sucks
Sales Associate (Current Employee) –  Jacksonville, FLJanuary 15, 2018
This company is out of their minds. They put expectations on you that are unable to be achieved. When you seek help from management, they give you vague answers, and it ends up just putting a spotlight on you. Pay is lowest out of all major brands. The company's culture is of fear, as they threatened to fire you for anything done wrong, even when it is not your fault (i.e. warehouse issues, transportation breakdowns), and much much more. I would stay away at all costs.

I clock in at 2:30am and I'm done by noon. I have acquired a lot of experience over the years. Management is ok, not good and not bad.
Workplace culture is serious but we do get to have fun. The hardest part of my job is getting up at 2:30 am every morning. Most enjoyable part is I'm off on the weekend.
Pros
It is a professional job.
Cons

Account Manager (Current Employee) –  Fort Pierce, FLJanuary 30, 2017
Interesting how the reviews that have 5 stars were not or are not part of CCBF yet. North Florida transitioned late October and South Florida isn't scheduled until end of 1st quarter. All the other reviews are spot on. Big Brother is watching your every move. It is a culture of fear. People are ready to roll you under the bus at any chance. You feel like you can't give your input without being put on a spotlight.
Pros
