Find another vendor because their workloads will be less but with better pay
Coca Cola Merchandiser (Former Employee) –  Riverview, FLJune 24, 2019
Biggest vendor in the game with the lowest pay. Always understaffed from people quitting. I would recommend finding another vendor to work for for sure.

coca cola is not a company to work for if you are looking pay raises or career advances. They expect you to work extra days a week and extra hard and don't want to recognize the fact that you are going over and beyond. also favoritism plays a big role when it comes to upper management. production supervisors will talk bad about you behind your back and smile in your face rumors are horrible. leads and supervisors do not lead by examples. I was employed there for 3 years and was qualified for positions listed on the coke website as an internal applicant and I was never even interview. lack of communication play a roll as well. if you are looking to come up in a company coke is not the place.

Little to no training or support. Limited room for growth. Poor compensation.
Previous Manager (Former Employee) –  Tampa, FLJuly 12, 2019
Unless you are related to one of the senior leaders, growth opportunity is non-existent. Unqualified people are placed in leadership roles, and the incompetence trickles down to make a very dysfunction organizational structure and work environment. As long as you have a good attitude, (sub-par) performance is not factor. Leadership does not care if one person burdens or does not contribute to the rest of the department, just as long as they smile and dance as they are told. Low compensation leaves departments running at half capacity, since they can not attract talent to fill the open positions. If they do fill a role, it is usually with someone unqualified, as they just needed to put a body to put in the chair.
