Former Warehouse Supervisor (Former Employee) – Fort Myers, FL – March 17, 2019
* 12 hour typical work day upwards to 15/16 hours. No set schedule, work until everything is finished.
* High Pressure
* Work Holidays or extremely long hours prior to them in order to have off.
* Does not offer a balanced work/personal schedule do to constant extended hours.
* Very little training offered/figure it out as you go.
*High warehouse employee turnover/low morale amongst the team - chaotic at times/attitudes/poor attendance/under paid and over worked warehouse staff/lots of baby sitting in regard to warehouse staff
*No loyalty to employees/upper management will throw you under the bus to cover their own backs
*Trigger happy HR department when it comes to management
*Typical week is closer to 60 hrs. up ward to 80
*Revolving door for all positions
*Plenty of unqualified people in important positions/favoritism toward certain employees/incompetence throughout corporate office
*Warehouse employees are allowed to call the shots, Supervisors are told to back off because upper management is afraid to lose manpower. If all the rules were enforced, there would be about 4 warehouse employees left.
*Everyone in upper management will tell you they appreciate what you do until you make an honest mistake, then you're out.
*Benefits are good/vacation is good/perks are good
