Driver (Current Employee) – Orlando, FL – February 15, 2017
50-60hr weeks year round Mediocre pay if you've been here long enough No pension No raises(excuse me "performance based raises") Dwindling benefits Inept, reactionary management CEO is infamous amongst the ranks for his brazen and constant "we'll make you a consumer" remarks... Aka we're going to fire you. Horribly old and ill kept equipment Coca colas slogan is share the happiness, but the running joke is how can you share the happiness if there is none to begin with.
This company no longer offers anything that you cant get at most other companies. Its just a paycheck every other week. Thats why it has turned into a revolving door. Case in point, just look at the large amount of job positions that are constantly being posted on their website.
Pay raises, benefits, managment at all levels, equipment, and uncaring leadership

Sales Merchandiser (Current Employee) – Fort Pierce, FL – June 25, 2019
First, you must understand that as a coca cola merchandiser you will be paid less than most other merchandisers anywhere else, Pepsi especially. Second, the communication and organization is muddled constantly. Dont expect management to care until something has gone off the rails in a big way. They are happy to just not forsee or absolve issues beforehand and it's up to you to make decisions to try and fix routes, displays, and customer complaints on your own. Also, 90% of customers already experienced the misconduct so you will be treated like a fool no matter how good you are
Benefits of a large company
No support from management, large company does not care about if product will sell, only that they push more and more product into stores leading to frustration
