If you enjoy no structure, direction, lack of resources, and the inability to control your outcomes this place is right for you! Typical day started by seeing that several trucks were either broke down, late, or just plain not going to be delivered as scheduled. Next followed by an out of stock report riddled with products not in stock on customers deliveries out for that day. Next followed by communication to several sales merchandisers that have zero experience and could care less to rotate, order, and execute in outlet activation properly. However, this is how your so called incentives are measured. That’s like trying to hit a moving target from 300 yards away with a BB gun. This followed up by customers calling and either complaining about their order, service, or lack of all day long. All the while trying to stay focused on visiting 19 plus stops a day to sell in something new that probably won’t get ordered correctly or delivered in the first place. The morale and culture of the organization in my opinion are at a all time low. CCBF has taken a iconic brand and run it into the ground. Hopefully it’s short term and big Atlanta will do some serious investigating into the practices of this company and see why the turnover is so high. People are unhappy and constantly looking for a better opportunity outside the organization.

First, you must understand that as a coca cola merchandiser you will be paid less than most other merchandisers anywhere else, Pepsi especially. Second, the communication and organization is muddled constantly. Dont expect management to care until something has gone off the rails in a big way. They are happy to just not forsee or absolve issues beforehand and it's up to you to make decisions to try and fix routes, displays, and customer complaints on your own. Also, 90% of customers already experienced the misconduct so you will be treated like a fool no matter how good you are

No support from management, large company does not care about if product will sell, only that they push more and more product into stores leading to frustration

Find another vendor because their workloads will be less but with better pay

Biggest vendor in the game with the lowest pay. Always understaffed from people quitting. I would recommend finding another vendor to work for for sure.
