I only endured 6 months that company was unbearable, the managers do not know anything or solve anything, the trucks do not have air conditioning and nothing works either, do not apply, do not waste your time there, just run.
They hireTheir friends and of course their friends come first, and that shows You can’t be their boss and be there friend at place of employment, if a supervisor tells employees that they are going to do something for them they should do it
If you enjoy no structure, direction, lack of resources, and the inability to control your outcomes this place is right for you! Typical day started by seeing that several trucks were either broke down, late, or just plain not going to be delivered as scheduled. Next followed by an out of stock report riddled with products not in stock on customers deliveries out for that day. Next followed by communication to several sales merchandisers that have zero experience and could care less to rotate, order, and execute in outlet activation properly. However, this is how your so called incentives are measured. That’s like trying to hit a moving target from 300 yards away with a BB gun. This followed up by customers calling and either complaining about their order, service, or lack of all day long. All the while trying to stay focused on visiting 19 plus stops a day to sell in something new that probably won’t get ordered correctly or delivered in the first place. The morale and culture of the organization in my opinion are at a all time low. CCBF has taken a iconic brand and run it into the ground. Hopefully it’s short term and big Atlanta will do some serious investigating into the practices of this company and see why the turnover is so high. People are unhappy and constantly looking for a better opportunity outside the organization.
