Data Entry (Former Employee) –  Tallahassee, FLDecember 22, 2017
No life. You cant leave until all the work is done. The job is pretty easy just have to keep a steady pace. Long as your picking rate is above 150 per hour you are good. The shifts can be from anywhere from 10 hours till 18 hours. Wont know until you get to work.

Merchandiser- Part Time (Current Employee) –  West Palm Beach, FLDecember 1, 2017
Long hours & awful management. They do not care about their employees. No discounts on coke products. Puts too many miles on your vehicle. Heavy lifting puts wear and tear on your body.

Publix managers are the worse no one has respect for you as an employee. They need to treat the employees better because they take the products and put them on the shelves.

Do not do it
Merchandiser (Current Employee) –  Citrus County, FLSeptember 6, 2017
This is absolutely the worst company I have ever, ever worked for. Terrible management, terrible expectations, equipment and software is outdated. Nobody cares about you here. You are a robot, and if you do not meet their robotic expectations you are dead to them. Find something else. Do not get enticed by the pay rate. You will not get any raises, and ever since they took away pay raises and left us with "performance based incentives", I have not seen a single person earn one of these benefits. Likely because their standards are impossible. Do not, do not, do not do it.
Pros
More freedom than most jobs
Cons
Everything else

Inventory Analyst (Current Employee) –  Orlando, FLJune 13, 2017
I clock in at 2:30am and I'm done by noon. I have acquired a lot of experience over the years. Management is ok, not good and not bad.
Workplace culture is serious but we do get to have fun. The hardest part of my job is getting up at 2:30 am every morning. Most enjoyable part is I'm off on the weekend.
Pros
It is a professional job.
Cons
Sometimes they are too serious.

I've worked at a couple of warehouses, and also know people that work at different warehouses and order build like I did. The work is not hard but when you do work 100 hours a week, then look at your check, and it isn't as much as it should be, you look for better opportunities.
Pros
Good workout

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida Review
Transportation Planner (Current Employee) –  Hollywood, FLMay 8, 2017
Good company with growth prospects. Great work/life balance for this position. Company is still in transition so there is confusion about new work processes. The pay/benefits are above industry standard.
