Warehouse Worker (Former Employee) –  Sarasota, FLSeptember 27, 2018
Raises are a joke. Once a year at 1.5 percent of your hourly rate. Promises of promotion just to be told through the grapevine to valueable to lose at current position. Lies after lies. Only thing good is vacation time given

Downhill Since Leaving CCE
Director (Former Employee) –  Tampa, FLSeptember 26, 2018
Company was bought by CCBF in 2016 and everyone was excited about the change because management made lots of promises that things would improve such as better culture, better managers, better pay, more investments, etc. All promises, none delivered. Now that the honeymoon period is over, most people are either looking to leave or have left.

Supervisor micro manages
Fleet Mechanic (Former Employee) –  Lakeland, FLSeptember 13, 2018
Company is good.
Fleet Manager knew nothing before getting the job. And doesnt care about his guys. 100% company man.
If it wasn't for the fleet manager I wouldn't have left this job. I loved my job but couldn't stand being micro managed to the point he sat there with a timer to see how long it took to walk to the bathroom every time.

Driver merchandiser (Former Employee) –  Tampa, FLAugust 29, 2018
Management SUCKS! They give you ridiculous and impossible routes and write you up if you don’t deliver all the product. Stores suck, delivering 100+ cases per stop which takes over an hour but they give you 20 minutes to do the stop. Guys who have been there for 12 and 13 years get paid $1.00 more then new hires. Every year you get a .23 cent raise. They over work you everyday.

Awful Company
Merhcandiser (Former Employee) –  Sarasota, FLAugust 14, 2018
Go work for Pepsi. All CCBF does is lie about career opportunities then just milk you for your labor. The turnover is awful, even among management. So many empty promises from the very first day.
Pros
Some payed time off but no holiday time.
Cons
Just about everything.

For the love of God, go work for Pepsi
Merchandiser (Former Employee) –  Sarasota, FLAugust 14, 2018
Worked my tail of for CCBF in Sarasota for two years under the guise of internal promotion and incentive based raises. Neither of those things ever came to fruition. Was lied to constantly by management, and was generously gifted multiple 6 day weeks. If you said you needed one of your regularly scheduled days off, they threatened your vacation time. Oh, this also occurred frequently over the holidays. Merry Christmas!

Please, heed my warning. If you have to work in this industry, pick Publix, Pepsi, Budweiser, JJ Taylor, or Mcdonalds Janitor. Literally anything is better.

I am sympathetic to slaves of the past now

Sales Representative (Current Employee) –  FloridaAugust 2, 2018
On the CocaCola of Florida website it states the company is family friendly and owned. A little research and the truth shows that coca cola Florida is an extension of Spinel Investments; which is concerned with making money for it's investors. The board of Spinel is mostly the leadership of Coca Cola Florida; thus the focus on money which leads to managent through fear to drive metrics of extreme productivity with no concern on true employee talents, skills , or knowledge.....just who is willing to do the job cheaply and manage with only $$ in mind. HR is worthless and actually PARTNERS with upper management to comes up with unique ideas to put employees on action plans so they can stay under continual pressure. Wake up CCBF emplyees; there are better jobs out there. Employees with multiple years of service not even asked to give an exit interview as coca cola is happy to see them leave so they can offer the same position for less pay
Pros
Looks good on a resume and can help you get a job with a company that cares
Cons
Fear based management which had bled down now to the street level.
