This place is horrible. When I worked there I was a driver trainee. This is the job you want because they cannot screw you out of pay because your hourly. What ever you do ,do not take your own route. They also hire a lot of people with past criminal history and take advantage of them. When I worked there, we were so short handed they had this guy deliver two routes but only paid him commission for his. This is why you want to be hourly at least you get paid for running someone else route. You work your but of for pennies. If you have to work for this cheap company to get your CDL leave as soon as you can. Your license in the real world is worth 50,000 easy.

I enjoy coming into work each day. The people I work with are amazing. Of course every person has a bad day, but I never dread coming into work. I’ve worked at High Country for 2 years.
