I advise the CEO to commend his employees in Human Resources for their outstanding communication skills.
I feel like the CEO should meet their employees and let them know they are doing a great job. So many good works that throws cases every single night goes unappreciated and never get any incentive when they are throwing thousands of cases per night. Plus you used the ones that work hard and expect them to do it everyday but once they have a bad day you asking them why instead of asking what is wrong. This company makes millions of dollars but the employee are unappreciated no perks no future growth unless you have being there for over 10 years.
Stop flying on jets to locations that are 30min away and invest in your employees!
Give people permanent shifts so people may go home to their families. Workers can't just live at or live for the company & not return to their families. It's inhumane & Slavery. Coco Cola is a house hold product worldwide & there's no reason for a company of this status & magnitude to not treat their employees with respect. To the greedy CEO's Remember "PIGS get fed & HOGS get SLAUGHTERED"
Keep your eyes out on the people who work longer hours(working for the company)and making the brand better and promote more opportunities for those ideal workers.
