Overworked

Union mentality, Some employees are helpful if you fit in. Forced in for overtime after first 30 days, up to 12hr shift 7 days a week. They don't have any consideration for work life balance. Facility run vary loosely by management, half of them have been promoted without even knowing their jobs.

Fun workplace

Too much to do it not worth it due to being stressed and sent to other stores. Also the pay is not as good as it seems. More company’s is paying more.

The grass is greener on the other side

Left a few months back because I thought it was a bad job. I ended up getting hired by an even worse company. It's not that bad. Management is pretty hands off. When things get slow you aren't under pressure to pretend to work.

Easy

I really like working for ccbc the work is hard, lots of lifting. It's easy work for the most part, schedule is very flexible. Part time pay isn't very good but full time pay is excellent

I literally just had an interview with them.. I had no behavioral questions or scenario questions at all but, I guess it all depends on who is interviewing you. Super easy interview tho for me at least.
