I've been waiting more then 28 days so far on a background check. I've interviewed and took my drug screening. They so busy I gotta call everyday like dre on Brown Sugar.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Coca-Cola Consolidated a better place to work?
Fire a lot of people who aren’t hands on and hire better people who can get hands dirty.
How long was the process between interview and hire. It's been almost 3 weeks since I've heard from anyone. I've taken the drug test and background check.
Took a total of 6 weeks b4 actually called with start date & orientation scheduled. Was super excited to get hired by such a high profile, admired, reputable organization. 2.5 yrs later? Sorely disappointed... Read other reviews.
What would you suggest Coca-Cola Consolidated management do to prevent others from leaving?
Lighten the work load. The only thing Coke has going for it is being home everyday, even if it is just to eat, shower and sleep. No-one wants to do this job 12-14hrs a day.
Cheaper drinks to purchase as a employee. Other than that it sucks. Very greedy company especially after covid-19 and lack of help.
I literally just had an interview with them.. I had no behavioral questions or scenario questions at all but, I guess it all depends on who is interviewing you. Super easy interview tho for me at least.
