Codero was a great company to learn about hardware, software, and networking. The knowledge I obtained will translate over to many companies throughout my career.

The recent management changes at Codero have really re-energized the company. The overall vibe in the offices is upbeat, and the employees are a great group of people. We work hard and play hard, and I would recommend Codero.

Codero is an extremely relaxed atmosphere. Working at Codero is like hanging out with your buddies at bar. Constant banter, beers at lunch time, miniture basketball hoop in the office that is used to decide who responds to the support ticket! As fun as it sounds, for me is was stressful as I enjoy being productive. There was contantly a backlog of support tickets to deal with, and although management did not care, I felt like I was letting customers and others down. After a year I had to leave. I wish Codero the best, but it wasn't for me!
Customer Care in Austin, TX

In general, Codero is a laid back place to work. Everyone you will meet and work alongside is sincerely nice and eager to help each other out when they can. There is a general lack of training and support for employees. There is no communication from leadership except marketing materials. While employees are encouraged to find a way to get things done there are very few resources available.
Data Center Provisioning Technician in Phoenix, AZ

Great team in the data center. We worked extremely well together but were self managed. Other teams did outside data center did provide us with the respect that we deserved. They didn't understand how things worked and we were forced to clean up their messes.
