Administrative Assistant II (Former Employee) – Bartlesville, OK. – July 10, 2018
Poor management organization and direction. There was an extreme lack of communication throughout the company. There was no sick time and employees were forced to use their PTO time for any time out of the office, even for scheduled doctor appointments and if that PTO time made you have more than forty hours a week.
First job sucks but after that the jobs are enjoyable. You can learn as much as you are motivated to learn. Work hard and go to work everyday you can have a good job for as long as you want. 12 hour shifts aren't for everyone or family.
