Terrible company/plant.

Pay is terrible, best thing about the job is calling out, raises are embarrassing, took a day off, now 2 days off, from us when it was 3 days off. Routing is terrible, Pepsi and 7 Up pay way more than Coke Florida. Tractors are outdated and in bad shape. Half of them the AC doesn’t work. Run far as you can if you’re thinking of working at Coke Florida. The loads are built in the Orlando plant and sent to the Brevard plant and most of the time the items are damaged and missing.

Calling out sick, vacation, holiday, & sick pay

The whole franchise

Horrible job/pay

To begin, Coke Florida wants to pay you 15 dollars a hour to throw cases. They are so behind on the pay and I don’t think they understand to value employees when their putting in their all for the role they were hired for. That’s why they can not keep personnel. Everyone is paying higher and they have more to offer referring to incentives, bonuses. Coke Florida incentive is 300 every two weeks don’t matter how you perform it’s the same. It’s no money you can do better go to Publix C&S wholesale or Sysco you will get your worth there and you will make more.

Long hours, ok pay

Spend 7 years here. Money is ok but you'll will be working 16 hours a day. Hard to want to stay. Good benefits, not the best work/home live. Hope it got better

good job,bad compensation

overall loved the job but for the role i had to use my personal vehicle and the pay didnt make up for the extra money spent on maintenance so while 17 an hour sounds nice it equals more like 10 an hour.

Overall Ok Job

Physically demanding position with long hours several days a week. Management is fine and the money is ok. Hard to have a personal life though. Duties are mundane and repetitious.

Seemingly unlimited overtime

Pros: Decent place to work, pretty cool perks, very generous PTO (3 weeks vacation, 3 floating Holidays and Paid federal holidays).Cons: pay below industry standard, need overtime to compensate, no a lot of room for growth.

Absolutely horrible

While i have been working at Coca-cola florida i have really learned how horrible i can be treated. The pay is disheartening after overtime on overtime because a publix found a pack missing off the shelf.Unless you plan to give 400% everyday and never move up OR get paid a decent wage then this job is certainly not for you. Managment is equivalent to lazy babbling children who never see that you have done good only see the bad. Also paychecks are never correct... ever. You are supposedly getting mile pay ontop of hourly but somehow managment always finds a way to make it not work. So unless you want to sit in the same underpaid, underappreciated, berated, and unfulfilling (emphasis on all of those) job then this is most definitely not the one for you.

Excellent Leadership Team

The company has good work/life balance and excellent benefits. They take good care of their employees. The leadership team is transparent with the good and the bad. They are supportive and provide the resources to be successful. The company is very focused on employee safety and they reinvest a considerable amount of capital back into the business. This was not case when it was part of a large corporate bottling system.

Human resources slow to react to requests

Coke Florida is misguided ship that has tarnished the Coca Cola brand.

You will endure grueling labor and be under compensated by industry standards. Salary employees have to take on front line labor roles because no one wants to work for this broken company. The leadership team is reverse raciest and clueless. In a matter of a couple years they have managed to transform a well respected brand and turn into the laughing stock of the beverage industry. Once known as Coca Cola now known as " joke a cola". Good luck.

Hard agonizing work with low pay

Fantastic co workers, but the work is hard and the hours are long, for pay thats not really worth it. The turn over here is awful too. Just stay away. There is no work life balance, and if you do get home early you'll be to drained to even do anything.

Great people

Hard work, low pay, no work life balance

Coke Florida has made a mess of a great company to work for

Coke Florida does not value its employees. They give small raises and pulled back on benefit offerings. Their senior and area leadership looks to move out anyone who was there for a long time. HR is no support and only rubberstamps the careless policies and direction of the company. Employees that work there deserve better

The Management are hostile, and the amount of work is not achievable due to being so poorly staffed.

The company overall has great potential, however they are extremely short staffed and overworked. The upper management such as The Fleet Director and VP of Operations are extremely arrogant and sarcastic to their direct employees and expect the same culture to be passed along through their Fleet supervisors onto their technicians. This same trend is noticeable in other departments. The HR BP show’s bias to some employees over others. The technician head count per vehicle count has not been properly reviewed and set into their business plan for achieving their weekly KPI target. They would rather try to force their technicians to work 65 hours plus a week then have the proper head count needed to maintain their PM’s, DOT’s and repairs. They over load their supervisors with locations that equate to a large number of equipment to maintain with a crippled head count of technicians and administrators. The work environment seems to stay hostile because of the sheer size of the company and equipment versus the proper staff size needed to run it. If they focused more on properly staffing their locations. Being more competitive in regard to compensation. And changing the culture in their upper management to be more caring and humble toward their employees. Coke Florida has the potential to be a truly great company to work for.

Coke brand name gives a sense of pride to an individual, the benefits are really pretty great

You are made to not only feel like you’re a number, but to know the you’re just a number. The pay is not very competitive, the management for the most part are hostile to work under.

There are no good things to say about working here. Long hours being overworked and not being able to leave until your done. Your routes never done due to late deliveries and you won't get help when your get a lot of work.

Ok company pay is decent but work life balance is not good

Pay was decent but the work life balance for driver merchandisers is not good you will get a split week example Sundays and Wednesdays off also you will be working easily over 60 hours a week and not have time to anything but work sleep and eat

You have job security but the pay is really bad.

As I do job searches I found that coke pays less than the average company in their field if they paid more they will probably get better people to work for them that's what they have a high turn over ratio.

Job security !

Bad pay !

Too much work 11+ hours every day

Almost every day you have to work 14 hours and the job is how long have you been working for them son they get the easy routes and you get the hardest

Pay is Peanuts

$21 is a joke . Whole place is a joke . Management enjoys micro management. Other drivers get paid more for the same job . Everytime you talk about a raise they run or avoid the question. Vacations you have to wait 6 months or more till you’re able to use them. Expect to work as a yard man as well since they are to lazy to hire one now you doing 2 jobs instead of the one. Low pay only favorite drivers get decent pay
