Really cool and interesting staff, the back of house is pleasant and nice, when busy the head Chef gets a little cranky but its the business. Can make great money.

The most enjoyable part of the job was working with the customers to solve problems. The most difficult part was implementing, testing and documenting new processes. The overall culture was enjoyable. Top management was very good. Certain middle management managers were not suited to their positions. I learned a lot about the industry and acquired deeper knowledge of the software and processes used. A typical day entailed working with customers when needed and working on any assigned projects.

This is not a place to be if you are not a "yes man". If you are a soldier willing to march into the line of fire (consistently due to poor management decision making at all levels) then you will be ok.
Some exceptional people currently remain in the organization but the company is unable to retain talent for long due to poor pay and management style.

Unless you are close-minded and a friendly-bobber (if that is a real word), I do not suggest you pursue this company. I am glad to be seperated from this company.
