Most of what I do for CSHL is setting up multiple dining areas for brunches, lunches, and dinners. We serve the scientists, researchers, and other scholars who come in for meetings. We serve about 200-500 people throughout the day so the people who work behind the scenes pull together and make sure they are doing the best they can to make everyone satisfied - more ... with their dining experience.
