Need to know computer skills, how to operate multiple open programs at one time. Training is fair, could use improving. Most workers are friendly and easy to get along with. Insurance is high.

Pays about 270 a week management picks favorite for good paying jobs more people leave than they can trick into hiring with the 100 weight pay program its not worth it sounds good on paper untill you see it in your bank account
Administrative Associate in Orlando, FL

Working with for this company requires you to learn from an incomplete SOP. They need way more people to handle the amount of work coming through the office. While the senior associates try to help as best as they can, their assistance causes more confusion than clarity sometimes. The shipment manager is in dire need of an assistant they will never get. Any question asked of the Supervisor will be met with rude, unhelpful responses. You basically get some training in some areas but are expected to learn things, that we’re never mentioned before, on the spot. Be prepared to get emails from corporate staff pointing out your mistakes, they sometimes know the solution to your mistake. Other times they have no solution and expect you to just figure it out yourself. The senior associates are AFRAID of making the supervisor upset. It also seems to be a religious work place, if you have opposing ideals it might be best to keep that to yourself.
Staff Accountant in Midland City, AL

There is no room for advancement here. The pay is very poor. You can have a four year degree and only make $12-$15 an hour. Management is awful as they do not train you whatsoever. This company is also known to have lots of turnover, and is well known to have the worst pay in this area. The health insurance is also ridiculously expensive. Recent college graduates need to stay very far away from this company.

Must stay on your toes, always learning new things and never a dull moment. Enjoy working with the service centers and the shippers. Very fast paced and never a dull moment.
