High functioning development team
Development Officer (Former Employee) –  Minneapolis-Saint Paul, MNJuly 28, 2017
CSE has a new Dean since my time there, so I am unable to assess his performance and style.

DoD is a solid leader and manages the team effectively. Performance is high.
Pros
Meaningful work with outstanding alumni engagement
Cons
Large university setting, overly beaurocratic

depends on who you work for
Teaching Assistant (TA) (Former Employee) –  San Marcos, TXJune 26, 2016
it all depends on the professor and the class
attending lectures, running labs or office hrs, grading (lots of grading)
work with the prof so you both get out of it what you need.
Pros
good chance to master a class you've already taken
Cons
depening on the class you could speend more time grading than studying
