I think it is a great employer, however, it is difficult to find jobs that pay above $15.00 per hour unless you have been in the school system for years, are a certified teacher, and/or administrator.

Very low especially with the below current rates:

Non-degree $10.11 per hour vs. Associate's degree $12.67 per hour vs. Bachelor's degree $14.00 per hour. Usually for profit and non-profits entry level positions pay more for AS and BA degrees which helps employees pay off some of their school loans for that BA degree that usually cost about $20,000-$40,000 depending on where the degree was completed.
