Depends on location, but the environment at the Sterling, Virginia location is very toxic and I wouldn't recommend.
What is the vacation policy like at Collins Aerospace? How many vacation days do you get per year?
It’s important to recharge so we are among a small group of companies that proudly offers three weeks of vacation for newly hired employees and up to five weeks of vacation for our employees who have a significantly lengthy tenure here. In addition, we provide six paid holidays per year, plus a winter shutdown in select facilities.
