One of the requirements for the insurance license is no felonies. No use in them hiring you, there's nothing they can do to waive a convition.

It depends on what the charge was. If it was a breach of financial trust such as bad checks, robbery, embezzlement, etc. then no. Other charges are a maybe. Please be upfront and honest. The answer is ALWAYS no if you don't ask.
