Full-time/part-time employees get NOTHING (except booster bucks). They should consider the ft/pt employees and their scheduled hours/hours worked and 'reward' them for attendance. They should pay attention to the days that the employee is not scheduled but is willing to come in on short notice. I have been there a long time and it now seems the 'veteran employees' are discounted the same even if the new person has only been with the company for 2 weeks... it that 'fair' either???

Get out there and visible to employees, be approachable (like things 'used to be') Reward competent, responsible workers and end employment of those just collecting $ for doing the absolute least amount of work. Pay attention to those dedicated and willing to come in when called in to on short notice. *we have lives too so stop making us feel like working for you (with low wages & no benefits) is our #1 priority
