No support for in store Management or employee's

Upper management does not know how to run a successful buisness in a larger city and will not trust in the District Managers ability to do what is needed to better the company and keep happy employee's and customers. Upper management be-little's their employees to and in front of customers without having full details of the entire situation. The company has not been able to keep good and honest employee's due to hours, pay and lack of structure.
