Treacherous. HQ is highly disorganized, especially in IT. In order to work there, you have to grow eyes in the back of your head. Nobody trusts anyone. Cronyism, favoritism, and cliques are favored over org charts. If you can hack it, it's a great place to work--just trust nobody, document everything, and cover your you-know-what.

It's friendly and fast-paced the associates are always nice and the manager works with you if you need a schedule change or something of that nature.

The work environment is slow paced but picks up during peak sales sessions.

It's a good store to work in everyone is nice there, but they don't guarantee you much hours mostly. I'm a newly graduate and I'm saving for a car and I have college expenses to be covered. I can't do that much because they give me 1-2 days a week mostly it's only for 5-8 hours. I'm only on minimum wage and I can't keep working these hours and keep putting back my training.
