I worked at Columbus house as a seasonal worker. Worked in the
Winter overflow shelter. It was a great experience. I learned a lot from it. They are the leading homeless shelter facility for men in the area.

CH has changed to where it's not about the client anymore it about the numbers.Management is awful and unprofessional not to mention uneducated. It was definately a learning experience and I have grown from it.

A typical day would go by rapidly i learned a lot about addiction n being on drugs is a desease management was good we all worked well together n supported one another like a team the hardest part of the job was feeling helpless when they wasnt able to get clean.the most enjoyable part was the clients just seeing them fight the desease every day and - more...
