Management only likes certain people and it is usually the one that waste time more than anything else. If you don't suck up to them then you do not count

relaxed and at times fun enviroment.

This is a production shop, so you know what you're in for. Leads are good guys with good tips and knowledge to help you trouble shoot problems. 9 out of 10 of the guys there want to be there and do a good job. Really is an easy enough routine. Be prepared for 6 tens when they get behind, though they are understanding most of the time if you can't. If you are not confident about your dual shield skills, or your fitting skills for that matter, understand you WILL get moved around and a lot of times there are no leads around to hold your hand. Alot of people don't like the stress, and there aren't too many (designated) welder titles. You just do both.Overall good shop, easy paycheck. just show up and work.

management sucks

they treat everyone like your up to somerhing like your lazy or not wotking push way to hard and make everyone feel like there doing something wrong when there not . which is why no one stays there very long and there pay sucks also

If you don’t have time to find another job then it’s fine. Recommend you to keep looking.

They had Low pay and had to work a lot of hours in the shipping department. They wouldn’t hire more than few people and couldn’t keep workers long at all.
