Supportive Staff & Great Work Environment.
Management is helpful, supportive and flexible with my unconventional schedule. When I first started, I received extensive training to do my job confidently and efficiently. I work remotely and receive informative feedback on my job performance regularly. Overall it had been a positive working experience.

The company says it's Christian based, but coworkers and management are the opposite. The store clearly needs better management, there is no actual structure. Your management works behind closed doors, making decisions for the one's who actually have to work. Company does not comply with CDC guidelines for handing covid. Numerous employees tested positive. Zero supervision, do what you want.

This is a wonderful place to work if you are passionate about the community and also love structure and clear expectations. It is nice to know what is expected of you in your work and how to succeed. Management is really focused on making sure everyone feels included and can succeed.

Leaned a lot in my time here and liked the culture and work. Met many good people and had clear goals and a sense of purpose. Good location and great way to give back to others.

I enjoyed working here. The staff will give you the opportunity to learn and grow as far as long as you will give the effort. Plenty of networking and volunteer opportunities also.
