Pros - work from home
Cons- controlling, micro managed, owners/upper management clueless to what goes on within each department. Negativity. High turn over rates. Supervisors so terrible they can not communicate with their staff. Supervisors do not support staff only bully and belittle.

They take care of the employees who do there job. They offer a flexible schedule and do not have time to micro manage you. There is little supervision and your are expected to complete your work without being told to do so.

By far the most stressful job I have ever had. The managers change things all the time without telling anyone and then are very demeaning in their emails when you don't know about the change. The hours are insane and you become burnt out very quick.

This was probably the worst employer I have ever had to deal with. It was relatively an easy job, but very slow paced. However, if you make one mistake, expect to be let go. They are very petty and do not care about you as an employee. Don't expect your supervisor to do any work either. I wouldn't waste my time at this company, you will regret it. It may seem like a decent job at first but it is not.

This job was very simple and slow. We probably only worked 4 hours out of the 8. Very slow. Not much work. Terrible supervisor who also didn’t work. There were 4 people doing the job of 2. Everyone is very shady and isn’t upfront with issues in the company. Rules are constantly changing. Only communicate through emails if management has a problem.
