It was easy just regular everyday questions.

First, I applied for the Inbound Sales position through their website on Friday and received a call from them Tuesday. First call was a screening and was mostly based on background information, previous work history, and explanation of the position. After this call, you are emailed an assessment link that asks multiple choice questions to call center simulated situations. You do have to do a little math for this. If you pass this, they will give you another call. I received this call 2 days after completing the assessment. This call seemed like a trial for the real in-person interview. They asked about 4-5 situational questions. The man who called me was extremely helpful and gave me pointers in how to answer the questions thoroughly. I was scheduled for an in-person interview the following week. For the in-person interview, you are in a group of maybe 10-12 applicants. They give you a short tour and a presentation of all the benefits and perks of working with Comcast. Then everyone interviews with 1-2 sales managers individually, but in the same room. They do this to have background noise in the back as it would be in the call center. They ask very similar situational questions as the second phone interview. They are looking for very specific and detailed answers. After this, you interview with a senior manager one-on-one and he will ask similar questions to the ones you previously answered. Then they escort you to the elevator and see you out. I heard back from them with a job offer 2 hrs after I left the interview.

I was contacted by a recruiter, she was really nice. Had a phone interview that lasted about 26 minutes & then I had to take an assessment. If you pass the assessment they’ll call you and let you know so that they can schedule you for a in person interview. Upon arriving to the xfinity store, I waited 15 minutes to be attended by the assistant manager (the interviewer) she did not shake my hand and did not introduced herself properly. As I got to the interview room, there was another lady who didn’t introduce herself either, I said hello to her but she did not respond. It was like as if they didn’t want me there. When I was asked the interview questions they both gave each other a look such as partially rolling their eyes. That wasn’t polite or professional of them. When the interview was finally over, again, they did not shake my hand or thanked me. I said my goodbyes and thanked them but they just ignored me. If that was during the interview, I cannot imagine what it would have been like to work for them at that particular store.
