Spend too much money on equipment and not enough on people. The environment is the easiest to work in but the staff is sometimes under skilled. If remote HR is almost invisible.

Great people and culture. Can be demanding at times. They offer a lot of employee functions to feel valued. Benefits are also great. Also beware of cyclical times.

Benefits and pay are great staff at the stores are wonderful. The company as a whole operates as two different entities between call center and retail causing issues that can easily be avoided. Many people on the retail side have brought up issues of missing or incorrect information given to customers for years without any action taken on the part of the company. Also prepare to be berated and demeaned by customers due to companies ever present image issues

Interview Questions

The "big question" is "what makes you tenacious" if you're going for BSR role. It's like openly discussed by supervisors after they conduct interviews so be prepared. Thwy also want you to do an on the spot sales pitch, but it's not the most crucial. I had no sales experience and I bombed that part. Just prepare for the interview, come with one page of notes and that will get you a lot of notice. Be on time, and be really friendly and excited for the position.
