Spend too much money on equipment and not enough on people. The environment is the easiest to work in but the staff is sometimes under skilled. If remote HR is almost invisible.

I have had an amazing experience working at Comcast. In the last reorganization I ended up underneath a leader I do not feel fully supports me, and as a result I have a difficult time advancing. Additionally Comcast severely underpays those who stay at the company. Other than these two points Comcast has been an amazing place to work.

Comcast is an excellent company, great benefits, people of different ethnicities, respectful managers, good incentives... but if you are going to work in sales, the competition between your colleagues is very aggressive. It's very heard to reach the quota. I recommend this company to work but not in sales.

If you get a good manager you'll be treated fairly and supported, a bad one and it's heck on earth. Bad part is i had a 4 direct manger's, and 5 or 6 directors depending on how you count the reorgs.

Easy comfortable job. Loved working here. Management is a bit tough and fast paced. Training is not fully explained. After training there is still a lot more to learn

Interview Questions

The "big question" is "what makes you tenacious" if you're going for BSR role. It's like openly discussed by supervisors after they conduct interviews so be prepared. Thwy also want you to do an on the spot sales pitch, but it's not the most crucial. I had no sales experience and I bombed that part. Just prepare for the interview, come with one page of notes and that will get you a lot of notice. Be on time, and be really friendly and excited for the position.
