There were three tests to complete: Ethics, Nursing Standards and Caregiver Standards. Questions during the interview were basically when can you start and what hours can you work.

Why do you want to work for Comforcare?
Do you have any experience and if so what type?
(However, you do not HAVE to have experience. Just something they need to know so they are able to properly place you with clients according to their needs and your experience.) This company is willing to train.
They will ask you various questions and I am sure they have changed since I have been there. But just be sure that you sincerely have a joy for caring for others. This is not a job to just make a paycheck. You are working with individuals that rely on your care. So only apply if you truly care about others and their needs.
