It allways Co work always competition with each other it cause a lot of Drama because everyone is frustrated try to get a position or more money but it not there .Try in go to a job that appreciate you in not favoritism this is places not how hard you work.How GM like you not right. That need to be addressed

I enjoyed working at the Comfort Inn I was at. It’s just they expect a lot and don’t want to pay you an amount that you’re worth .

Well at the one I worked at some employees were not treated fairly, while other ones were catered to. Push one to try to do the work of two while,another one can just do whatever.

Need to re-evaluate their upper management. There is no experience there in running a hotel, they totally depend on their team to keep things running.

It can be very busy and fast past because it was right across the street from one of the worlds most famous theme parks known as carowinds. lots of teens and adults in this environment,and a pet friendly hotel.
