Comfort Keepers is a caregiving company where you take care of clients in home or drive them to and from out patient surgeries They are flexible with your schedule and if you can’t work can find someone to fill in There were no medical benefits and the pay was about $13/hour.

If you are a "yes" person, this is the company for you. Do not ever disagree with management. A typical day at work varies on your patient load. The day always start with a huddle. This was a good thing.I learned a lot about dementia and Alzheimers. The management is weak at best. This however depends on the Franchise. The workplace culture is do whatever you want as long as management likes you.The hardest part of the job is watching schedulers do personal things while others are doing the scheduler's jobs. The most enjoyable part of the job is helping and caring for the older population.

It was an okay place to work when I first started out as a cna, but they don't offer any benefits or insurance which is a bummer and I always felt like I was getting judged.

I enjoy working at Comfort Keepers. In fact, I recommend anyone seeking a position at Comfort Keepers, regardless of the position, to apply. They will not regret it. Comfort Keepers has a great workplace culture, and the most enjoyable part of the job is the unwavering support employees receive from management.

it's a nice place to start you learn a lot about having someone depend on you, you can always call your company and they will help you with what you need, if you need to be trained or even retrained for something they will send someone to help you
